Updated server mod list to include CBRN and CLA CLAFGHAN. updated server/mod info in the TS. Also, added a number of new scenarios to the server:
[4] Endless Skirmish (Altis, Takistan, Tanoa, and Zargabad)
[1] Operation Bloody Sand (ISIS scenario with the music!)
