He is playing with you. He is a guy called John and all his images are fakes.
He has 100+ alternative accounts with girls' photos (account names: ♥Emilia♥, QueenSophia, DK bella, Emely, Melina, CandyGirly, PandaGirl, kittycat, Nightmare, Sarah Angel, and a lot more. He keeps creating new accounts).
The users who he pretends to be in love with are his own alternate accounts (he is even using the alt accounts now to post images and set up fake conversations on his discord server).
The bans are also not false bans, but they are given for his using cheats in games and for scamming on his alt. profiles.
Look up the account history on SteamID and other websites to see how many different names and photos he has used.
