hhi I'm new here and I wanted to tell you about gradients. Gradients can be described as the derivative for a multi variable function. The derivative describes the rate of change for a function and the gradient too does this but in a different way. Instead of describing just the rate of change it describes the maximum rate of change in any point and what direction that is. This can be useful for many problems such as the optimal fuel a rocket should bring on it's journey to ensure that it's not too heavy but it has enough energy to get where it needs to be. add me on discord or follow my youtube channel I'm shy :D
