we got a few points to clear up before we begin. I will tomorrow evening make a decision on the following points:

We need to decide on when Spain can join the axis. Suggest after Germany has attack USSR. Another possibility after Germany has finished the Nat spain alliance national focus.

2)

got a questionmark on rule 2.1 og 2.2

2.1: No Coups (only this rule for humans? Allow for ai?)
2.2: No Support Parties (only this rule for humans? Allow for ai?)

Suggest we allow coups and support parties on all ai nations (an ai nation is a nation that has never has human controlled). i have no idea how effective support parties and coups are, happy to hear what the possiblities are.

3)

From the discussion about France and a fortstrategy it seems we do not need more rules regarding this.

4)

3.2: After 80% tension max of 5 divs as volunteers, max 3 armoured

not written in the rules, suggest we agree that they can go anywhere (no restrictions for usa and japan with their volunteers). Not so much in spirit of a historical focus, but makes it more interesting to be the waiting nations (USA, Japan and USSR) if they can parcipate in the war.

I agree we should allow Coups / Support Parties vs AI. Early or mid-game I think it would be a waste for most. Maybe allies can try to keep some AI away from Axis, but its costly. From mid-game and onwards it can be a smart move done right.

We should France do as it wants I think.

Whats the max any has sent as volunteers in SP ? To me it looks like the game takes care of this well by its own. I dont think we need a rule for volunteers.
