Well hello all,

It's been *checks watch* almost 9 years? Holy gods it's been almost a decade since Heavy Boxing died. Most of us have moved on with our lives, don't worry HLM is still the same.

It got me, a few others, to thinking. Why not have a reunion or sorts, play a game or something (not TF2, please do not get the impression that we'll be starting Heavy Boxing again, it's been almost 10 years, the code would need to be rewritten.)
Or just hang out on discord and ♥♥♥♥ around, I was thinking sometime in December, maybe on like the 16th? or something dunno this is becoming spur of the moment.
If anyone has ideas, theories, explanations for the various cryptids that exist within the boxing community, or if you've worked out Greyhounds Age I'm all ears. Of course if this doesn't get traction I will hunt you all down and message you personally so be prepared for that.

So apparantly when I told HLM about my birthday being on July the 11th, he reminded me that his birthday was also in the same month. I realised while looking through these lost archives that I had actually made a post about his appreation day, and that I had missed his birthday about 5 days ago. To celebrate (it's not too late), I was going to suggest having a good old Boxing match on TF2 but Heavy Boxing is long dead (only about 4 months long dead). So instead I'm going to rebutt last year's statements about HLM's Appreciation Day last year.

In celebration you shall be donating all your hats to the greatest Heavy Boxing Admin (after myself) to probably ever exist (You don't actually have to give HLM anything, coming around is good enough).

HLM prefers Metal over Hats. True story

Well despite being about 4 months dead, its sad to say that I still care about Heavy Boxing because it had a good run. As for why I made this post is because of sheer boredom. Also, Goujh is a douche.
I'm pretty sure over half of us don't pay attention or give a crap about TF2 as we once did so Heavy Boxing will probably stay underground for eternity.

Well it has been a long time coming but I have decided the time has come to finally take Heavy Boxing off life support and pull the plug on the server.
Everyone who's been around recently (or rather for the past year) knows it has been getting harder and harder to find enough players to get a game going, and most weekends have gone with just one game at most. The website (did you know we have a website) has not been updated with results in over a year.

I won't write too much because no one reads these announcments anyway, so I'll just say I have enjoyed meeting and punching cowards over the past 3.5 years, and thanks to those who stuck around til the very end and helped pay for the server. But now, it's time to get your ♥♥♥♥ and get out for the last time.

You will probably never see me again.
