Selling Rules:

We SELL hats for regular price (during Grand Opening prices will be cheap),
We BUY hats at 1.33,
We SWAP hat for hat for a hat of higher value, or same value plus a scrap.
SIDE NOTE:
Admins and Officers are Sellers and Managers who are very trusted
Moderators are Sellers that have not been with the group very long
Regular members are costumers
