New no-crit server

For those who may have missed it, hat's TF2 is running a trial server with no random crits and no spread.
You can find the server here: 203.217.24.71:27015

So if you're interested in such a server, make sure you try it out!

Love the custom map rotation, another custom 5cp map that I believe is used in UGC is Croissant, so if you're looking for more maps you could try that (Disclaimer: I've never played ont he map so I don't actually know how it plays out.)
