Just to remind you, we are no fans of long bans for new members of our community and I'm not happy seeing 5+ new people being banned for a week for the level lock abuse. You should kick, autoban and if they come back again ban for serval days. There is no need banning new members and possible donaters for a whole week without any warnings. Of course, if a level 80 joins the beginner server and captures/raids you can ignore the warning steps and go ahead to ban them.

The person with the most solved complaints till Friday will recieve a $5,000,000 ingame bonus on the EU Server. Just a small reward from my side, it's your job to do them anyway.

81 complaints by now with an average of 10/day we need to read them once a while. I'd like to see more of the active admins solving them, this also includes our new trial admins. If you got any question ask another admin instead of ignoring the complaint!
