So considering raids are out, We probably should figure out a good day to do them! Also I need to Input a build for each class so we can effectivly do them.

I left out anything needed for enhancements so we can focus on building the hall. You will need to buy the Celestial inscriptions and insignia off the Trade Post along with the Watchwork Portals.
