That being said...if you can dig your keys out of the lawsuit for the old D2/D3/D4 and re-"p*rate" them to Steam, that's the easiest part of re-using you're still allowed to at least try.

I'm horribly biased, but I would highly recommend Path of Exile as a gun-free ARPG in the style of Diablo (but with more depth and replayability than the latter, and yes I will fight anyone on that :P). It's a pure fantasy setting, so it's all magic, stylized melee, and bow and arrow stuff. There are some potentially disturbing dark parts of the game, but those are usually in a very fantastical setting.
