Doxxing laws generally apply only if there is intent to harass or incite others to violence. This is just letting people know to be cautious if dealing with him. Very different.

The person engaged in unfair practice and has avoided taking accountability. I don't see how sharing the name is wrong, especially since Steam user names can be changed.
