I agree in some respects. Doing this is a huge hassle, and there is also some element of risk around people reneging on their orders. So a buffer is perfectly acceptable, provided I feel like I'm still walking away with a good deal / price, which I think is the case here.

Also, Warrant and kzwen are in groups I'm in, and I don't think anyone should be accusing them of profiteering. If you're upset with the pricing, think of it as a tip. It really is a huge administrative hassle, managing all these bundles for so many different people, and then factoring in different payment methodologies!

My one question, though, is why not wait until later in the second week? Happy Hours are always highest in the first half of the second week. They tend to normalize later. Not trying to pile on, but it would probably help close the gap between the original estimated price and the final price. A increase of 30% over the estimated price is not insignificant.
