You can buy a gift and either send it to some email, or send it to yourself, so you can decide who you want to send it later. With this, you do it :)

If you payed for the bundle you are safe. The problem lies with the free bundles. This might be an error and not a promotion.

It's putting lightly that it "may" be an error, when checkout shows 0 for a bundle, that just raised its price for multiple regions :)
I expect troubles with keys soon for legit purchases / for people if you haven't claimed your keys, as they'll revoke these "free" keys en masse
