By activating Ironclad Tactics, SpaceChem is added to that person. I already have them, so they are added to the bundle. This is what is says on the site.

No, there are 8 games in tier 1 and 2 currently, but there is still three unannounced bonuses that can be games, and they will be added to tier 1.
