What I meant is if you're not from North America and thus probably don't have already an account on the North America store, you still can create one with a fake address and redeem a code (or buy the bundle yourself).

In therory, because you need to create an account on the North America Square Enix store, they ask for an address and the only choice is countries from America (North and South). Well, just put a fake address and you can redeem codes from anywhere in the world!
