It seems there is (there are) hosts ready and for all the previous IGs it was always the same: The IG bundle was announced and shortly later there was an order thread here.
Is there any reasoning for not already having an order thread?

agree, if someone it's not ok with the host "compensation" can always buy the bundle by himself...or not at all...i will all heartly give the extra money, as long as it's cheaper than the regular price...
