Based on this, if I split a bundle with someone, see he never added the game to its account and that I'm "against it" (as I want to share with people playing the game rather than reselling), is it fine, or should I report him?

I think it should be fine.

Otherwise it is hard for other legit gamers to get hold of games. E.g. in the current HBC you have Death Strandings which probably many resellers wanna get hold on.

is Gotham Knights still up for grab, or is it gone already?
