My paypal let me chose two options:

• Paying products and services
  
• Sending money to friends or family (fRee from paypal or bank account, fee from credit card)

After that it has an option to pay fees or not.

Nope, I have under Send Payment:

• Send Payment Online
  
• Pay for eBay Items
  
• Make a Mass Payment

And in send Payment Online it says "Sending money for purchases is free for you. The seller pays the fees"

And searching a bit I found this "The personal payment feature is not available in all international markets. It sounds like you may have an account in a country where the personal payment feature is unavailable." :(

If you only have this option, then you should add enough money to the original amount to cover for the fees. The 'seller' will then receive the whole amount but then loses a part of it which are the fees. The amount that's left then should be the amount the 'seller' should have received (original amount).

The host (Eddy and me) will buy a BTA bundle up front. When there's a happy hour we'll buy gift copies in bulk, saving some money for you guys. The price will be around $1.20 is my guess, but we can't be sure. After we've bought the bundles we'll be able to send them to those that send us the money via PayPal. We'll put you on the order spreadsheet now and you're done for now ;)

Wouldn't it be great if you can activate external keys on someone elses steam profile. Leaves much less room for error, scammers, and heart attacks I think :) Just a thought.

This is indeed a nice idea, but Steam doesn't like the key trading circuit because they don't get money for keys :P
