I found 2 things strange. One is that if you preorder Tropico 5 in North Amerca, the pre order bonus includes Anno 2070 but pre order in Russia gives you Anno 1404. Another thing is that I think Anno 1404 is published by Ubi themselves. Why they can't even put their own game into their own client. Ubi is so mysterious...

EU has different deals. (Also US deal has Patrican IV or Port Royale instead of just Port Royale.)

I got Anno 1404 instantly without problems.

Same here, I think that most of us got the key delivery email with no key inside...

yup in fact, in the site, in the orders page it says keys are being allocated

I got message that says Key has been delivered and it is "" and that disappeard from page :(

Edit: They are out of keys too, got email with empty key (22 hours after ordering).
