You seemed unsure what the fees would be. Most of the time when people want to pay fees but don't have an estimate of the cost, they'll back out because it's too much for them. I'd take someone that's from the US over that because of my past experiences. So there is some hassle from it on my side vs. a guaranteed sale to someone from the US with no fees.

I'd say the rate of people backing out after knowing the fees is probably like 90% in my experience, unless they know exactly what they're getting into.
