I see, thanks for the info! Hope someone in your region can get it for you; I recommended Wise because the fee is a few cents vs the absurdly high percentage an international Paypal payment would be.

If someone gifts it via Steam, would the region restrictions not apply? i.e. if the receiver is in Germany, but the sender isn't, the game won't have the German restriction?

Am in the US but if you have Wise (Transferwise) I am willing to try gifting it...

It's $12 total, Paypal only. US region. There are EU splits for this so if you're not in the US, I'd recommend joining one of those to minimize fees.

Ghost Recon will be given as a gift link, all others will be Steam Key.

i think it has fees, but closer to 10 cents than the amounts paypal charges. i haven't done a small transaction yet so can't tell for sure
