Public opinion for pp/wallet price difference in bundle-splits.
Well, Steam wallet is easy to load up since there are always trading cards to sell. Especially since I already have more than enough wallet funds, which I assume that most people here have more than enough too.

EDIT: My opinion/answer to the question is that the standard of 15% is low. For example, a TF2 key rounds about 2.3-2.5 in the market while the price of it is about 1.7-1.9 via Paypal.
