Yes they would need to be fair price and mention why is that price in the first place. For example punch clab if i remember correctly was in tier 1 with 4 other games so 1/4=0.33 (as i said if i remember correctly). And the rule here is to trade with other users only games that you want to have on your account and not to trade just to have a profit. Just read the general rules of the group, you will find whatever you need there.
