Yep thanks for this. I received the email from PayPal too but as I'm relatively new to PayPal wasn't sure if it was a blanket fee that would happen to everybody or more situational. Seems like a pretty big change and small F&F payments would no longer be possible with the $2.99/4.99 flat rate fee.
Changes come about on April 19th I believe, so there's still some time. After that I guess it'd either be other payment methods or maybe keys as payment.
