Amazon gift cards are a nice way to avoid all fees for both parties. If you want the funds on your Paypal instead, in order to buy the bundles, that's understandable of course.

The minimum amount for an email gift card is $0.15. They are emailed directly by Amazon to the recipient, redeemable instantly. The sender never gets to see the gift card code.

If I understood what Caerbannog explained to me correctly the other day, this method may be tricky to pull off. When happy hour starts they double the price within a short time. You have to catch the happy hour pretty much right at the start. Since it can be at any time, you have to keep an eagle eye on the bundle. There may not be enough time at low price between buying the first bunch, payment, confirming, and buying the next bunch. So the big problem is that nobody knows when happy hour is, nor who, if anyone, will be online at the time to pay and confirm. I'd be delighted to be corrected on this if anyone has better info.
