That's the thing there shouldn't be any unused keys for people who buy from group buys here, all keys should be used for their own accounts so I wouldn't see a need to refund personally myself

Some people grab keys for a friend and some don't activate them immediately. Those are the only two cases I can really come up with, but I guess they can learn to activate keys immediately from this.

Every time I see "their own accounts" which loosely translates to personal use, I'm reminded of the Humble Bundle FAQ.
