User joined my Fanatical Split here:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/groupbuys/discussions/14/1744519654623691616/

He was quick to send payment, but it came from the email address:
cheapfastgoodkeys@gmail.com

I asked him if he was a reseller/for profit trader as that is against the rules of Group Buys but he avoided the question multiple times, and instead just asked for his money back, which I did.

I wanted to supply chat screenshots as well but apparently Steam deletes the chat when you block someone so unless AcidFluxMx is honest enough to provide them here they are lost.

He has a bunch of negative rep on Steamtrades as well:

And if you look at his latest Trade threads on Steamtrades you can clearly see he is, or at least was, selling games in bulk:

Can I ask a question similar to this issue? It's been a ghost town for US people in Bundle Splits and quite a few of the US people who do show up are unwilling to split and just want to unload the games they don't want to one person. Is it okay to purchase, then split the remaining keys (reasonably, of course) or is that against the rules?

I think it´s okay, if you do it reasonably (without profit)
