CLOSED - Frank the Desert Wanderer
Frank didn't contact me for some reason, but he did refund my money today Feb 28th via paypal. Good enough, will not file a complaint.

Frank the Desert Wanderer took my PayPal money and never gave me the Final Station on a Tiny Build Bundle Split, and then he deleted me from his friends list. I sent invites, but they were marked as blocked until today, the 28th. So, that may have been a Steam glitch, but I've never been unfriended while waiting on a key before.

Please respond to this post, Frank. If not, then I will be filing a formal complaint which will end up with you getting banned. I'm hoping this is all just a mistake and it can be corrected without that type of action.

he deleted the one he was hosting. I have the link still saved on my laptop at home, though.

I just googled it and came up with this:

How about few characters from his mail and hidden others behind stars, like:
***dar98@****.com

Adidtionally we are a community. Anyone who can send one cent to dangerhighdoltage can cover his loss. Before sending money to him, dangerhighdoltage have to send proofs to the MOD.

Yeah but its highly unlikely that one of the old members is going to scam someone.

I just found out yesterday i had a copy in an old BS bundle. I can give it to him

He would just post mine back. Best I can do is just get him banned, which is harsh punishment imo for stealing less than $.50. If he had not of unfriended and blocked me I would have thought he forgot to send the game, which has happened to me once before. Will send Mods proof of my PayPal payment today.

Edit: Today my invite was sent, which is new. Hopefully will get this resolved.

According to his account he was last 17 hours offline, so nothing you did here he would have noticed.

Give him some time, that he blocked you is really weird. Otherwise I would have thought maybe there was a real life issue and he went offline

Yeah, will wait. It' weird that the previous blocked invite was sent today when i retried. Maybe a Steam screw up? In any case, never had a trade end in a unfriend and inability to communicate after payment was sent. Will wait some more and see what happens. And will edit the post a wee bit to reflect that.
