This is obviously some kid who doesn't know what they are doing. I would have never joined any split or group buy they were hosting with wording like that. People just need to use common sense.

That wasn't there when he started his bundle split(s).
He indeed seems like a kid who got in (way) over his head with all those splits.

From what I can see, OP did get a refund for the games he didn't have anymore, so I don't think there is malicious intent here. Just a kid who got overexcited and made mistakes.

I got a game from him in the second split and it seemed like those two bundles were split quite smoothly. But now he's on his 5th split already?

Nightwing broke the rules like dozens of times before, I am surprised Nightwing is not banned yet.

Only thing you can do now is report the thread and see if the mods do something about it.

Bundle shows up as C$4.85
$4.85 = 3.91 US Dollar so is he really losing money?

He's also done steam splits(Being Canadian = 15% to 25% cheaper then Murica)
