I cant buy anythign there i have enough euros on my wallet and i still get the message

everytime. I did not buy anyhign on this site yet because they dont let me do, and they dotn answear me ... sicne 3 days

It happened to me in March. I contacted the support who got back to me about a week later. And about a week later I was able to place my order but it was sent for review to support which took another 3 days. So don't worry.
