So, this package includes two games, the old version (removed games) and the remastered. The old version can still be played but cannot be bought on Steam anymore. The only way to get it and play it is to buy it from third party websites.

For the remastered game, I believe, you would be able to play that version only from the release date but not before. It's like a pre-order.

Beware that you will only get one key that will activate both games. So they cannot be split.

No unfortunately. My order had to go through phone verification and they decided to cancel it for no reason.
