To be clear, it's Tier 2 sub key:

"can only be activated in specified countries:
China + Hong Kong + Taiwan + Macao + Singapore"

Hi Abrix, which key are you looking for specifically? The HB Saints Row key for this month was divided into three regions according to your Humble Bundle registration status, hence why myself and some others are having some difficulty due to HB registration country and Steam registration country not matching. I believe in India you fall under Tier 3, which is neither the key that izzyyy (Tier 2 - SG Taiwan HK) nor myself (Tier 1 - US/EU, etc) are trading.
