i just offered him a price, these are from group buy that are over, typically leftovers ..

Maybe you should read the rules of this group. There is no "offer me" (from the seller) as well as NO OFFERING (from the buyer) allowed.
I'm not selling for less than the split price. Also, please stop making such offers because the next offer I receive from you that is below split value will get you blacklisted.
