Payment: Paypal + you pay fees, or Steam games with cards which I don't own already

If enough people are interested in the higher tier I can increase payment, but since it includes Haegemonia Gold which is DRM free and I am not interested in, I'll only get it if all the other games have a buyer for 1$ each:
