It has allowcrossregiontradingandgifting=false . So it can only be activated in the same region it's bought

Wait now that i think about it, the 4-pack is restricted but maybe the gifts given are not cause i'm seeing traders trading this game

ok so far i have found that sub id 45471 {RoN:ee} from russia activates on Euro ok.
via ferret testing it.

what im trying to find out is if we can purchase a 4pack or not...so far i have it looks to be locked and the singles from it are bugged and can be activated.

will update asap.

I just unpacked an SEA 4-pack a minute ago. The unpacked copies only stated "This is a restricted gift which can only be redeemed in certain countries." without stating any countries.
