Steam Wallet vs. Paypal, I use the exchange rate of TF2 Key prices ($2.50 Steam Wallet on Steam Market to $1.80 Paypal off market).

You can't use your Steam Wallet to buy the Bundle can you?

That's why there are Payment Options, and Paypal is still preferred for me, at $0.50.

It would be against the rules if wallet was the only payment accepted but it isnt and the pp (and ref probably) prices are fair.
This just says that he prefers pp or ref but is willing to accept wallet if you can't pay with any of the other 2 options and you are willing to overpay a bit.

Guess my bad.
It was probably another group where there were some group buys where the host was accepting keys but wasn't giving change back cause he hated dealing with ref even though it would be overpay otherwise.
