Slovakia (but all my settings are set to US/UK as much US-friendly as possible). Usually there are no fees with family/friends option. I prefer eur payments if one can pay in eur (not a requirement, it just helps me a bit)
I ran a lot of Group buys in the past, last time I had lowest price of all hosts. This time I might go a bit higher to have the same (or 1 cent lower lol)

Ah, OK then! It's that my account is based on Brazil, and I have weird fees depending of the country of the recipient PayPal account. Unfortunately I don't have friends/gift option, so I always pay higher fees.
