I can unpack the first 4Pack but after that i'll need unpackers to open the packs.

this was what I was thinking too but then you can put $5 in to steam wallet and the balance i have already in there. Maybe you can sell some cards or something?

Somehow I'm more interested in paying via paypal, but how do you guys normally get TF2 keys? Not really into the whole trading scene, like cash. But if someone gives me some pointers I can get into it.

They are sold on the community market for ~$2.10 /p key
Or you can get them from traders who are selling them, but unless you know someone trusted i wouldn't recommend this
