I strongly advise against taking part in this Group Buy - the pricing doesn't really make sense for buyers, and it looks like it's intended to make the seller a substantial profit while offering very little benefit to others.

This is an unusual bundle, because one of the items in the bundle - and probably the most valuable part of the whole bundle - is a coin worth $1 of Groupees credit for future bundles/trading. Every game the OP sells for $0.50 means he gets a coin for half price, or even free, if he somehow sells Heaven Island which is a bonus game.

If you use Groupees, then you're better off buying this bundle yourself, especially if you already have a $1 Groupees coin to use. If you don't want to use Groupees, then look for a different Group Buy or trade - you'll get a far better price for the individual games elsewhere than here.
