Sure you're first pick if I get a buyer for the rest but someone can still come in and buy the whole pack or Jakebox + something else.

How does your valuation even work? How does POI and Helsing cost 1.25 each?

Van helsing is easily twice the value of POI seeing how it's the most desirable game in the whole bundle.

If you are doing an even split across 7 games that would be 1.71 each.

Agreed, Van Helsing for $1.25 highly questionable. In the other splits the value has been $2-$3. You should redistribute the costs.

I'd personally consider Van Helsing the lowest value. You can get it for free if you own the original three games. Not sure on the third off the top of my head but the first two have ben bundled multiple times. So for most it's likely better gtting VH3 during a sale and claiming the free final cut.

That's a lot of assumptions. Assumptions that clearly aren't uniform on all people who wanted Helsing Final Cut. Therefore the only way to make it fair is to valuate it against it's current store value instead of relying on abitrary factors that don't apply to all people.
