He's probably talking about tier 2 or 3 which can be purchased even bundle is over.

Well if someone would want lethal league I guess the price would had been $0.67 or something. Or you could had paid the full dollar (scary money) and got lethal league too ;)

I guess I could do tier 1+2 to do dope and split tier 1 on the other two later then..
