Well, i'm new to this but i remember that, if you use paypal, there isn't any form of trasfer fee, right?

There is, if you use card and not a bank account =) Also, I cannot operate using Paypal - it doesn't let any Ukrainian user to receive funds My main options are keys and SteamWallet funds ;)
