Once all reservations are made, I will ask for payments, then purchase the bundle and distribute the coupons which can be redeemed within 90 days on Square-Enix (and consist of 1 steam key for each tier)

I decided not to wait on PKB Mac and made the purchase. I will be sending the coupon codes out now.

You need to redeem them on the Square Enix store at:
https://store.na.square-enix.com/discovery-and-friends-sale/redeem

If there's any problems, let me know. Also, if the North America store isn't available to you, either try a free proxy like TunnelBear or I or another person should be able to redeem it and give you the keys (they are ROW keys so should activate worldwide).

Update: All coupon codes sent (via Steam chat) except for PKB Mac (awaiting payment)
