Why only tier 1's this weekend?
As the title says, only Tier 1 races listed for this weekend, wondered why.

Balance! I failed to do the season plan fully before the season started, so this is to give Tier 1 people equal opportunity to compete. This will not be the case in season 2: all events will be fully planned in advance before Season 2 starts, barring emergencies etc.

I will try to host some Tier 3 events in the coming week(s) (but ones that don't count toward the GASR season championship).
