right now I know 2 ways that don't require luck, the market way and the trade way; the market way you turn your steam wallet funds into the cards at their community market pages; the trade way you gotta have around 100,000 gems or 100 sacks of gems in your steam inventory so we can trade gems for the cards, it's possible to spend less on the trade way depending on your patience and availability to create booster packs for that game
