REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR
I would like to start a discussion about the possible removal of our current director Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles.

-Removal of a director is an extremely important and significant step that much be undertaken only after careful thought and deliberation.
-Removal of a director means changing the core or the heart of the group.
-Section 169 of the Steam Group Act, 1969 gives group members of a group the right to remove a director from his office, by ordinary resolution.
-It is legally possible for group members with 51% voting power to remove a director though the mechanism of section 169 by flawlessly complying with the procedural requirements stipulated in the section.
-The majority who want to remove director & a director representing a minority who is getting removed should remember that there is recourse available to the minority to object the removal of a director.
-However, if such removal is oppressive to minority, it can be challenged by u/s 420-6969 of Steam Group Act of 1969 with the Steam Group Law Board.

Reasons for removal:
1. Drug or Alcohol Possession at work.
Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles was seen not only intoxicated or taking drugs in the workplace but the drugs and alcohol have significantly interfered with his on-the-job performance. Many drugs he is abusing are illegal in the state of Virginia.

2. Misconduct.
From sexual harassment to bullying to criminal misbehavior. Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles has engaged in all forms of unethical conduct including lying about the girth of his genitals, stealing his roommate's underwear, scamming his peers, and industrial espionage.

3. Poor performance
Steam Groups are created for steam users to engage in social interaction. The fundamental job of a director of a steam group is to interact with the members. However Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles has started not one, not two, not three, but zero discussions ever since the creation of this group.

4. Violating Steam Group Policy
He is queer

I propose a group voting on February 29th 1:30 pm. A 51% majority will allow the termination of Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles current position. However, if no member shows up to the voting, Mr. Uncle Joe's Famous Snuggles' position will be automatically terminated. The director position shall remain vacant until the members of MP5 Gangbangers democratically elect a new one. In the event of an unforeseen dictatorship, the state of Virginia will allow it. Unless it is Pickle; the people of Detroit will be sent to combat him/her.

There was an accident on the oil rig Byford Dolphin. The chamber some divers were in was incorrectly depressurized and all of them died....but one man was torn apart and shot across the deck by being forced through a tube a few centimeters across.
I think as the president of MP5 gangbangers AKA empee5 we should have a moment of silence on December 27th 2019 to remember this man.

May you rest in peace tube-made-man-slushy.
