well, what you could do is check that the textures are named properly compared to what it says in blender and make sure they are in the right folders as well.

You could DMCA them and if you have proof, their host may decline their server until they remove it.

weightpainting issue. Try weightpainting the whole pauldron to spine4 i believe. The one right beneath neck1.
