Make model into a Playermodel

Hi! I've got a very nice soldier models pack and I want to use them on a server, but I don't know how to make them Playermodels. Any help/tips?

There is an Youtube Tutorial for it, search it on youtube and youll be finding it.

Yeah I've alredy watched it, but when I control+P the model and I select the "automatic weight painting" option, the model breaks.

Do weight painting manually or just do automatic weight painting and fix the issues manually.
