Group Purpose?

Unfortunately I only speak English.

So I can't understand the text on the Overview page.

I recieved a random invite to this group. However I would really like to understand the purpose or goal of this group?

But is this just a group for girl gamers, or for finding other girls to play with, etc?
I'm just trying to figure out what the final goal of the group is so I can act accordingly.
