From SG support thread: To all of you who are wondering why your groups aren't showing up:
It's a problem with Steam API in a recent Steam client update. Since this problem extends outside of this site I looked into it. It turns out that on May 13th, 2015 steam updated its web control program which "Improved memory and CPU". I've given some suggestions to support for a workaround, but the problem isn't at all that you have special characters or that your group is glitched sync-wise, but it's rather that Steam API isn't giving us new information from the steam database, because the web control isn't actively updating steam's database like it used to before the update. Therefore any groups created before May 13th haven't been synced. The only way to fix this is for the site to find a workaround to avoid this recent update.

I don't think there's something wrong with the group, a couple weeks ago i created a group, just to test and it still doesn't show up on SG list

Sorry about the long wait guys, I've been checking it daily. Just created another support ticket, and will create a giveaway for Never Alone (hunting for a key on the trade forums right now) as soon as this gets resolved.

Can the full name of a group be changed? I've a small, that i coul trade for this, but can't find the option to change the full name :/

@Ezio No that isn't needed. Hard to say when the group is added to the service though.

Does the group have to be public to show up?

As most SteamAPI sync issues do, this issue should resolve itself within a week or two.

So I guess we should wait for a week...
